Reconnect is an 13-week journey that takes you from a functional relationship to one that is thriving. Using deep, heart-centered healing work, you'll reconnect at the soul level that matters most.

When women come together in community real magic happens. If you’re looking for a place where you can have some breathing room and get to heal in a space without judgement, join us for our women’s circles. In this space we use transformational breathing to open up our bodies and move any stuck energy that might be keeping us from moving forward and attaining our goals.

Our Monthly ONLINE Breathwork Series

Each month we gather virtually to explore a different theme through guided breathwork, deep release, and embodied healing. We move beyond mental understanding and into the body where real transformation lives.

This is a space for all identities, bodies, and lived experiences.

You don't have to have the perfect language or be "healed enough" to join.

Just come as you are.
