Every session with me is different because every person is different. But here's what remains consistent:
A safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy, uncertain, or overwhelmed. There's no need to have it all together.
Intuitive guidance that meets you where you are. I don't follow a script. I follow what your body, energy, and story are telling me in real time.
Breathwork as medicine. We use the breath to access what the mind can't reach to unlock stuck emotions, release trauma, and create space for what wants to emerge.
Practical integration. This isn't just about feeling good in the session. You'll leave with tangible tools and insights to support you as you move forward.
