ROOTED HEART
A Weekend in Sisterhood + Ceremony
When women gather, the heart opens.
And when the heart opens, magic happens.
We carry so much in our hearts.
We carry the love and the pain of those closest to us
- our children, our partners, our pets.
We carry the care for our families, our friends, our communities,
We carry hope and grief for this world and for future generations.
We hold so much in our hearts that we forget the heart is there to hold us too.
There are messages that your heart has been holding for you.
Are you ready to listen?
This is the retreat you’ve been waiting for
A weekend for women who feel called to slow down, to gather in ceremony, and to listen inward in a way daily life rarely allows.
A small circle, held with great care, where we return to what is true beneath the noise.
Sisterhood.
Ceremony.
The heart.
What This Weekend Holds
✦ Plant spirit meditation ✦ A guided plant medicine ceremony ✦ Breathwork ✦ Time in nature and in silence ✦ Nourishing, heart centred meals throughout ✦ Sisterhood, circle, and deep listening ✦ A 1:1 preparation call with Georgia before the retreat ✦ A 1:1 integration call with Georgia, four weeks after the retreat
This is intimate, transformative work. We keep the group small so each woman is truly held.
Friday
We gather in opening circle as the sun begins to soften. Together we connect through a plant spirit meditation, meeting the spirit of a plant ally who will walk with us through the weekend ahead. We close the evening with a nourishing shared meal, the first thread of sisterhood woven.
Saturday
Morning begins with breakfast, followed by open time to choose your own rhythm: a hike into the surrounding land, a hands on herbal offering (crafting your own herbal eye mask), or simply quiet time to yourself. In the afternoon we come together for the heart of the weekend, our plant medicine ceremony, a deeper journey into communion with the heart's wisdom, held with reverence and care.
Sunday
We rise with breakfast, then move into integration circle to gently make sense of what has surfaced. Breathwork follows, helping the body release and settle what the weekend has opened. We close together in ceremony, carrying what we've found back out into our lives.

For the Woman Who Knows It's Time to Listen
This weekend is an invitation to step outside the noise of everyday life and into deep communion with yourself. Through ceremony carefully woven across three days, we create the conditions for the heart to open, soften, and speak.
This is heart medicine. Quiet, profound, and deeply personal.
Spaces are limited. If you feel the call, we'd love to hold you in this circle.

Your Guide to the Rooted HeartI'm here to help you find your way back to wholeness, to that place where you feel deeply connected to yourself, at peace, and ready to walk through life as the vibrant, empowered human you are.
I understand what it feels like to be lost, to feel like pieces of yourself have been scattered or tucked away, waiting to be brought back together. My own healing journey through burnout, infertility, and cancer led me to discover my path of guiding others toward restoration.
Today, I bring all of this experience to my work, supporting women who are ready to feel whole again. Through my practice, I offer a safe, compassionate space for you to unravel what's holding you back and step forward with confidence.
Within this retreat, I'm here to guide you as you reconnect with your body and listen to your inner wisdom. Through coaching, breathwork, and personalized healing approaches, I help women honor every part of themselves with love and compassion, embracing life with renewed clarity and ease.
It's an honor for me to walk alongside you through this transformation, creating space for you to return to yourself in the embrace of the heart.

My work is rooted in earth based practices and the understanding that we are deeply connected to the natural world. I believe we are all inherently intuitive, perceptive, and capable of far more than we're often taught to access. What some call "supernatural," I see as natural capacities that awaken when we're grounded, present, and in relationship with the earth, the body, and our inner knowing.
This perspective shapes the way I support others. I see healing as a process of remembering rather than becoming someone new, and I believe that feeling deeply nourished, safe, and connected allows that process to unfold naturally.
As someone who has personally journeyed with plant medicine, I understand the importance of feeling held before, during, and after the experience. Some of the most meaningful support can look like preparing the body and mind, offering a grounded presence throughout the journey, and creating space for integration afterward.
Whether through herbal support, nourishing meals, ritual, or simply being a calm and attentive presence, I find deep fulfilment in caring for others as they reconnect with themselves and the wisdom of the natural world.
