In the midst of life’s demands, finding moments of calm can be challenging. We don’t often stop to smell the roses, and if we do, that moment of joy can be fleeting. I created Slay the Stress to train your body to expand its capacity for calm, to linger in that moment of joy just a little longer, to ‘take a breath.’
This style of breathwork is one I use to help my clients move through old patterns of trauma, and reprogram their limiting beliefs. With Slay the Stress, we use the breath as a tool to strengthen our capacity to experience stress in a gentle and compassionate way.
For 30 days, I’ll be right here by your side, guiding you through a short, gentle breathwork session each day. Each 10-minute meditation is crafted to help you feel supported, connected, and resilient—so you can meet each of life’s moments with grace and an open heart.
